Order process

Greeting cards

Ordering greeting cards and adding a personal text is easy and secure. Please note the following:

Cards with a personal text added to it cannot be refunded.
We care for the planet and therefore every card is produced individually.
Cards will be handed over to the postal office for further distribution twice a week
Due to the above, we cannot guarantee a delivery date, nor are we able to estimate delivery dates during your order process.
Our products care about people, planet and arts. We have deliberately chosen a non-commercial approach therefore. Please feel free to switch to other, commercial suppliers, there are heaps of them:)
Your card is being shipped with a postal stamp on the envelope.

Limited editions is our top-notch product line.

We handle all of our products with the greatest care. So do our producers and distributors.
In case any frame or photo is delivered damaged, please reach out to us immediately, we will take care of it together with you.
Limited editions are – spoiler alert – limited. If a photo has reached its limit (number of copies we agreed upon with the photographer), we cannot reproduce it anymore.
In general, if a product is still for sale in the webshop, it hasn’t reached its limit yet. In the rare case it has already been sold out, we refund your money, of course.
Limited Editions come with a certificate or origin.
